Program Terms

The Aurox Reward system will begin on release of the Aurox Wallet (November 17th, 2022). However, the first reward distribution will take place on February 1st, 2023. This only applies to the distribution of the first rewards, points will not reset on February 1st.

By delaying the first reward distribution, it gives users a chance to level up into higher levels and creates a more even and fair level distribution.

Eligibility

Anyone can join the Aurox Wallet Reward System. By downloading the Aurox Wallet, all users are automatically enrolled into the rewards program. Simply by creating a wallet, you will be eligible for Aurox Rewards.

If you wish to opt-out of the rewards, please contact [e-mail] and our support team will help remove you from eligibility.

The Aurox Wallet rewards are associated with your main wallet address attached to your mnemonic and Aurox username. However, if a user decides to import additional private keys or hardware wallets from a different wallet provider, points will still be earned from those wallets.

If you have Aurox Wallet installed on two separate devices with two separate mnemonics, and decide to import private key from one device into the other, the rewards will be associated with the original device.

For example:

• User1 has device1 and device2. Each have Aurox Wallet installed and both have their own mnemonic/usernames.

• User1 imports private key (not the mnemonic) of sub-wallet1 from device1 to device2.

• Any points earned using sub-wallet1 will be associated with device1 username and mnemonic

Blockchains

The Aurox Rewards only apply to transactions that take place on:

• Ethereum

• Avalanche

• Polygon

• Binance Smart Chain

More blockchains will be added in the near future.

Redeeming Rewards

Certain rewards may require the user to disclose certain personal information such as their name to the Company. For example, redeeming flights and hotel bookings.

However, Aurox will attempt to avoid requiring user to disclose any personal information by purchasing credits or coupons from the merchants of that specific giveaway. For example, in the case of hardware wallet giveaway, the Aurox Team will purchase 100% discount coupon and provide it to the winner.

In cases where it's not possible to purchase coupons or credits, the user will have the ability to receive the cash value of the reward. Depending on the prize, the cash value might be less than the reward value.

Conditions of Enrollment

The Aurox Team takes fraud and manipulation seriously. The reward system is monitored for anyone attempting to manipulate the system. We understand there might be users who will figure out unique ways to level up quicker, however, any type of fraudulent manipulation will be severely dealt with.

These include, but not limited to:

• Sending tokens back and forth between your own wallets for the strict and only purpose of earning points.

• Creating 100s of installations of the Aurox Wallet under different usernames and accounts

• Exploiting a vulnerability in the way the wallet tracks points and levels

Anyone caught attempting to commit fraud will be immediately suspended from the reward system. Any points or rewards earned will be automatically forfeited. Suspended users will still be able to access and use the Aurox Wallet, but they will no longer be able to earn points or rewards.
